TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

Adventist Development & Relief Agency (ADRA) Sudan-Southern Sector is an INGO operating in Southern Sudan for over 30 years.  It received funding from USAID for construction of a Primary Health Care Unit (PHCU) in Budi County, Eastern Equotoria State, Southern Sudan.  The PHCU was constructed half way but was not completed.

Constructors are therefore invited to go down to Budi to assess the PHCU and submit their bids.

For submission of your tender include the following:
- A well calculated bill of quantity
- Technical details of the materials to be used
- Schedule of planned works
- Company profile
- Photocopy of certificate of registration with the government of Southern Sudan
- 3 References of previous customers of comparable works
- Current statement of account from a recognized bank
- Full address of the company showing its office location in Southern Sudan.

All tenders must be delivered in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled Tender for construction PHCU in Budi and should be addressed to:

ADRA is will not be responsible for the cost of transportation to and fro that the constructors may insure.

The submission of the tender should not be later than July 14th 2010 at 1:00PM.  Late submission will not be acceptable. 
The bids will be opened on July 20th 2010 at 10:00 AM in ADRA Office.
