TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

Adventist Development & Relief Agency (ADRA) Sudan-Southern Sector is an INGO operating in Southern Sudan for over 30 years.  It has received funding from the NORAD Fund for construction of 4 primary school class room in Budi County, Eastern Equotoria State, Southern Sudan.  The dimension of each class room is to be 7m x 6m.

Tenders are therefore invited from qualified constructors to perform the architectural drawing as well as carry on the actual construction of the school.

For submission of your tender include the following:
- A well calculated bill of quantity
- Technical details of the materials to be used
- Schedule of planned works
- Company profile
- Photocopy of certificate of registration with the government of Southern Sudan
- 3 References of previous customers of comparable works
- Current statement of account from a recognized bank
- Full address of the company showing its office location in Southern Sudan.

All tenders must be delivered in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled Tender for construction of Primary School in Budi and should be addressed to:

The submission of the tender should not be later than July 16th 2010 at 1:00PM.  Late submission will not be acceptable. 
The bids will be opened on July 20th 2010 at 10:00 AM in ADRA Office.
