TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
Adventist Development & Relief Agency (ADRA) is an International Faith-based Non-Governmental Organization of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church operating in 120 countries around the world. ADRA Sudan-Southern Sector operates in the 5 States of Southern Sudan i.e. Eastern & Central Equotoria, Upper Nile, Jongolei and Warap States. The organization has a plan of constructing its main office at Munuki SDA Church Compound Juba County, Southern Sudan. The details of the building shall be obtained from our office.
Qualified constructors are therefore invited to come and collect the construction plan of the building from ADRA office for the submission of their Tenders.
For submission of your tender please include the following: • A well calculated bill of quantity • Technical details of the materials to be used • Schedule of planned work • Company profile • Photocopy of certificate of registration with the government of Southern Sudan • 3 References of previous customers of comparable works • Current statement of account from a recognized bank • Full address of the company showing its office location in Southern Sudan.
All tenders must be delivered in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled Tender for construction of ADRA Office in Juba and should be addressed to: The Logistics Manager ADRA Sudan-Southern Sector Munuki SDA Church Compound Juba, Southern Sudan The submission of the tender should not be later than July 26th 2010 at 5:00PM. Late submission will not be acceptable. The bids will be opened on July 27th 2010 at 10:00 AM in ADRA Office.
