Capacity Building Trust Fund: Call for Experts

CBTF is a US $ 22 million Programme, funded by seven Joint Donor Partners, to enhance the capacity of Government organisations to better serve the people of Southern Sudan. The current phase started February 2010 and will run until January 2012. For more details, see: www.cbtf-southernsudan.org

CBTF supports projects of government agencies in all States and at GOSS level, and now requires individual experts as well as organisations, with expertise in various fields, for short, medium and long-term assignments.

The fields to be covered in this phase of the CBTF projects are:

Revenue generation at State level
Human resources management
Public service reform
Financial management
Human resources development
Organisational development
Office management
Basic skills training
Local Government
Computer skills training
Identification cards and systems
Monitoring and evaluation
Information & Communication Technology
Planning and budgeting
 

We now invite individual experts and organisations with expertise in the above fields and who are interested in offering their services to CBTF projects, to register with CBTF. For individuals five years or more of professional experience is required. Organisations can be either a Sudanese, regional or international company, NGO, Foundation or other type of organisation. If you are one of these experts or organisations, please register with CBTF. After registration we may contact individuals and organisations for further details.

You are requested to indicate your fields of expertise, provide contact details (including e-mail and phone number) and send your up-to-date CV, or, in the case of organisations, brochures, annual reports, capability statements or experience records.
