INVITATION TO BID
Pact, Inc., through its Access to Justice Program, seeks proposals from potential partners for the implementation of rural access to justice projects funded through the US State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs. National Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) registered and operating within Greater Upper Nile region are encouraged to apply. The successful organizations will be engaged by Pact to do the work only through a negotiated contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”).
