JUBA, 01 September 2012 [Gurtong] - South Sudanese government Spokesperson Dr Barnaba Marial told the press that the cabinet tasked the Ministries of Youths, Finance and Gender to work out on what type of price to offer to Atong.
“The council of Ministers has discussed what price to offer to her,” Dr Marial told the press shortly after the Council of the Ministers meeting.
“They are also discussing on making her the South Sudanese Ambassador for culture,” Marial added.
Atong was crowned the Miss World Africa this month in China during the 2012 Miss World Beauty pageant.
She managed to go through the stages of the competition and won the fourth position out of 116 contestants.
