Investment Company Tours Eastern Equatoria

A group of Investors from Kunhou Mining Group are currently in Eastern Equatoria State preparing ground to start investments in energy and mineral sectors.

TORIT, 01 November 2012 [Gurtong] –
The principal of the team Michael Wang together with the Eastern Equatoria State Minister of Commerce, Investment, Industry and Mining Lorika Stella Brenda revealed to Gurtong that the company has experiences as it also operates in the Democratic Republic Congo and Uganda.
 
He said since they are already in the region, they would wish to expand the coverage to Eastern Equatoria State.

“We are trying to definitely expand our coverage or increase our exposure,” Wang said.
 
The group is carrying out feasibility studies in the Greater Kapoeta.

The team is expected to travel to Kapoeta for the site of the feasibility studies but they declined to reveal their key interest at this point.

 They revealed that they met the National Minister of Petroleum and Mining in Juba and were told to choose a number of options and opportunities available in Kapoeta region.
