Other reasons he cited are properties, houses
including land seized during war and that these
should be returned to their rightful owners. He said
the issue of cattle in Equatoria was easy to resolve
if the owners who are well-placed in the Government
of South Sudan and warlords commanders agreed to
relocate. He decried the tribal tendencies which
influence political representation at the national,
South Sudan States and other levels where some
people claim absolute right. "Though it is not easy
to represent everybody, certain states should not be
totally marginalized in the allocation of
ministerial portfolios," he reiterated.
