RUMBEK, Jan 28 (Gurtong) – Because of fuel shortages linked to continuing post-election violence in Kenya, Radio Rumbek FM-98 has been off-air since Saturday for the first time since it began work almost a year ago. A few government cars are still fuelled but are standing by for emergency use only and lorries and public buses are stranded. Read more
