Torit Local Football Association (TLFA) is set to conduct general elections for new executive body to handle football competition activities in, officials announced.

TORIT, 11 January 2014 [Gurtong] – 
The public notice dated 4 January 2014 and signed by the outgoing TLFA President Charles Udwar Ukech sys “We are pleased to announce that TLFA is inviting applications for the elected positions of President, vice President, Secretary General and Treasurer. The submission days for interested candidates are allowed from 5th to 9th January 2014.”

The public notice has advised the first and second division clubs to nominate three persons division to the Board of Directors of Football Association with their list being submitted by 9 January 2014 or before that.

Thereafter, the general assembly meeting will be conducted today with elections at the Youth Centre in Torit.

Each team has been advised to send a delegate of two members with a written letter from the club and applicants have been advised to submit their applications to treasurer and Acting Secretary General.
