Riek Will Not Come To Juba Just Yet

"No country exist without supreme law of the land; No president, Vice president/s, cabinet, parliament and judiciary without constitution in the whole world, except South Sudan".

Machar will travel to Juba after the deployment of organize forces in and outside the capital.

From Major Dickson Gatluak

The South Sudan President Salva  Kiir on his own is powerless to decree Dr. Riek Machar in as the first vice president, but to fulfill parts of the peace agreement signed in August last year by appointing his rival.Appointment of  Dr Riek Machar Teny as a first vice president of Republic of South Sudan is not enough  but most importantly is the dissolution of unwanted 28 states that created and will in future create more conflicts among the south Sudanese communities in the up coming government of national unity. The appointment of Machar  is not a surprise to us because it's stated clearly on the peace accord.

President Kiir needs to revoke  28 states and allow the amendments on the national  constitution before he rushes  to the formation of  the government of National unity. No country exist without supreme law of the land; No president, Vice president/s, cabinet, parliament and judiciary without constitution in the whole world, except South Sudan.Rushing  decisions as  to omit other  fundamental  provisions in the peace implementation process will lead the system off road.

South Sudan president should  also  protect the agreement and  cease all fire at all war fronts as well as relocating  his  forces out side of Juba as per security arrangement. The commander in chief of the SPLA/IO  would not travel to Juba unless all the necessary arrangement are in place.
