Winrock International: Invitation for Bids to print 15,200 Local Language Textbooks

Invitation for Bids (IFB) to print fifteen thousand two hundred (15,200) Nuer and Dinka Local Language Textbooks for distribution in Unity State under the Winrock International Sudan BRIDGE Program – Education Component.

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. Winrock International is implementing a three-year development program in South Sudan called Building Responsibility for the Delivery of Government Services (BRIDGE) with established field offices in Northern Bahr El Ghazal (Aweil), Warrap (Kuajok), and Unity (Bentiu) states. The BRIDGE Management Office is in Juba, South Sudan.

2. We hereby solicit your bid to print fifteen thousand two hundred (15,200) Nuer and Dinka Loal Language Textbooks for distribution in Unity State in South Sudan.

3. Interested bidders may obtain further information including terms of submission and textbook specifications at the Winrock BRIDGE Management Office in Juba/Hai Mudoria, next to Juba Modern Basic School, near Logali House in Southern Sudan. Alternatively, interested bidders may send a request for further information via email to the following address: bridge.procurement@field.winrock.org

4. The deadline for submitting bids is Monday 14 March 2011, 1700 hours East African Time. Bids submitted via email to bridge.procurement@field.winrock.orgwill be accepted. Partial bids will not be considered. Bid proposals are confidential and will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties. The successful bidder will be notified.
