Adventist Development & Relief Agency (ADRA) is an international Faith base Non-Governmental Organization of the Seventh Day Adventist Church operating in 120 countries around the world with its head quarters in USA. ADRA South Sector operates in the 6 States of the South Sudan i.e. Eastern Equotoria, Central Equatoria, Western Equotoria, Upper Nile, Warrap and Northern Bahr El Glazal States. ADRA’s mission is to change the world one life at a time.
ADRA has received an award from the USAID Sudan mission to implement the Southern Sudan Health, Nutrition and women Empowerment (SSHiNE) project in selected communities in Warrap, Northern Bahr El Glazal and Upper Nile States, and is looking for a reputable organization to supply 270 MT of Corn Soya Blend (CSB)
Terms
Only tenders submitted with the following documents and criteria will be considered:
· Copy of company registration certificate, Tax certificate and Pin if applies in the country of origin.
· Company profile and physical address.
· Composition of CSB ( you can request composition from the e-mail address or pick from the physical address below )
· Time frame of delivery from the date of issuance of purchase order.
· Three references of previous customers of comparable supplies.
· A recent (within the last two months) statement of account from a recognized bank with a balance not less than USD 10,000 or its equivalent.
· 25 Kgs bag package of multi wall paper with inner polyethylene line and outer paper treated to provide wet strength.
· USAID and SSHiNE logos on both sides of the bags equal visible size ( to collect the logo from ADRA SSHiNE Office)
· 18 Month shelf life span of CSB.
· All tenders must be delivered in a sealed envelope.
· Payment will be after successful delivery of the commodity.
· The delivery of the CSB will be at state level warehouses at Kuajok (Warrap State) 108 MT; Aweil (NBG State) 108 MT; and Ulang / Nassir (Upper Nile State) 54 MT.

D. Packaging
1. 25kg bags of multi wall paper (minimum three piles of paper) with an inner polyethylene plastic liner. The outer paper ply is treated to provide wet strength
2. USAID and SSHiNE logos, both on the same side of the bag and both equal in size and visibility
E. Shelf life = 18 month
