Pact, through its Sudan Water for Recovery and Peace Program (WRAPP), seeks proposals from competent contractors for the construction of improved haffirs funded through the Sudan Recovery Fund (SRF). Local contractors registered and operating within Eastern Equatoria State are encouraged to apply. The successful contractors will be engaged by Pact to do the work only through a negotiated contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”).
