Intermon Oxfam (IO) invites your submission of a tender to provide goods in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents (‘Tender’). IO intends to issue a fixed price, package deal contract for the construction of school latrines.
We include the following information for your review:
1) Invitation to Tender;
2) Conditions of Tendering;
3) BoQs and Activity schedule and attached Terms and Conditions which will be signed by successful bidder (‘Contract’).
We require the following documents as your tender response:
• Tender bids to be submitted in a sealed envelope, one original and one copy. The envelope should be clearly marked ´Tender for the construction of school latrines 003/011/LY/JUB´ and addressed to the contact person named below.
We will require full completion of the documentation in order that your tender may be regarded as compliant. Those tenders returned not completed may be treated as void.
Your return tender must be received by Intermon Oxfam at the address below not later than 17.00 hours (local time) 25th April 2011 ("the Closing Date").
Failure to meet the Closing Date may result in the tender being void. Returned bids must remain open for consideration for a period of not less than 7 days from the Closing date. IO is under no obligation to award the contract or to award it to the lowest bidder.
You shall bear all costs incurred in preparation and submission of your tender.
