Reference to the above subject, the SPLM Finland chapter would like to inform all the heads of Sudanese communities and other political parties in Finland that 9th of july 2011 has been official selected for the celebration of independent of south Sudan in Finland. This Celebration will be under the leadership of SPLM Finland Chapter and other political parties currently existing in Finland.
Formal invitation with more details including date, time and location or venue for this celebration will be sent to you in advance as soon as other arrangement is completed. Your cooperation in this issue is highly appreciated.

I hope all of us will work together for this long waiting independent of The republic of South Sudan. we can also have more boned even after the independent of south Sudan. Please make sure that you site face to face with community leaders here although the political partied are the spearhead of the occasion.
Is the current office of SPLM chapter in FINLAND will be running the office since their terms of the office is aboue to expire? if I recalled it correctly your office should call for the general assembly in the middle of june. 2011 so as the new office will carried out the rest of the work of the subject above. or you office will the new executive body after the independent of South Sudan? Please let me know more.

We hope all of us in Finland will do our best for the waiting day 09.07.2011 to celebrate to the top. Please your information for the communities is not enough you need to sit with them face to face and to Claire some burning issues that we have. Changing of the chapter executive body before the independent of South Sudan which is almost on the door. we are not looking for self-interest. according to the time factor you should renew the office in jun. 2011.
