The Government of Southern Sudan, through the Financial Management (FMA) intends to award a supply contract for the supply and installation of IT Hardware and Software to the Bank of Southern Sudan
Contract description: supply and installation of:
- One Lot of servers, SANs, Oracle, and other associated software for the purpose of supporting a banking program installation;
- A second Lot of computer and communications hardware and software to be delivered separately to the BoSS offices in Juba, Yei, Wau, and Malakal;
- A third Lot of servers and software for the installation of MS Exchange; and
- Installation services for the three Lots in all locations.
The tender dossier is available from the e-mail address shown below. The FMA now invites eligible suppliers to apply for the dossier for the supply of the equipment. Interested suppliers must provide information indicating that they are qualified to deliver the equipment when completing the standard tender form in the invitation to bid.
Interested suppliers may obtain further information at the address below during office hours: 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday. The bids must be delivered to the address below by 2.00 p.m. on Friday 13 May 2011 local time.
