Pact Inc (“Pact) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing humanitarian Aid. Pact, through its Sudan Water for Recovery and Peace Program (WRAPP), seeks proposals from competent contractors for the rehabilitation of Semi Urban Water Distribution Schemes in Warrap, Northern Bahr el Ghazal, Jonglei and Upper Nile states. Local contractors registered in the above mentioned states are encouraged to apply. The successful contractors will be engaged by Pact to do the work only through a negotiated contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”).
