Winrock International BRIDGE program is inviting registered, reputable and experienced companies to supply and install 9 Solar power systems in 9 (nine) Payam Offices in Aweil West County – Northern Bahr El Ghazal State – Republic of South Sudan.
This project is part of BRIDGE’s support for the implementation of the Aweil West County Annual Plan.
Organizational background
Winrock International is an NGO implementing a program called BRIDGE, which is funded by USAID. BRIDGE is a five –year development program with an overall objective of supporting the comprehensive peace agreement (CPA ) by strengthening the capacities of state and local governments to decentralize and deliver basic services, provide tangible peace dividends and increase economic opportunities as means to improve livelihoods.
I. IFB Purpose and Conditions
The purpose of this IFB is to solicit bids from vendors who are specialize in supplying and installing solar panels as per below specifications. Delivery location will be to Winrock BRIDGE - NBEG office. The installation will be in the 9 payam offices in Aweil West County – Northern Bahr el Ghazel State – South Sudan.
· Bidders should have successfully supplied and installed or carried out similar works (reference/recommendation letters must be submitted as part of the Company Profile);
· Evidence of knowledgeable, experienced and skilled teams (capacity statements must be submitted as part of the Company Profile); and
· Bidders must have valid registration and other required legal documents (must be submitted as part of the Company Profile).
