WES Commissioners Briefed On Government Itinerary
The Governor of Western Equatoria State (WES) Hon. Bangasi Joseph Bakosoro last Thursday briefed his 10 County Commissioners on the current events taking place in the country and the State.

YAMBIO, 18th February 2012 [Gurtong] - The Governor of Western Equatoria State (WES) Hon. Bangasi Joseph Bakosoro last Thursday briefed his 10 County Commissioners on the current events taking place in the country and the State.
The Governor called upon the Commissioners to be creative in their respective Counties by planning for the activities and to look for investors in different fields.
He also highlighted on the State Interim Constitution due to be signed on the 9th of March 2012 in Yambio and shall be witnessed by all the Commissioners and other dignitaries.
Governor Bakosoro also urged the Commissioner of Yambio County to distribute plots for businesses to their rightful owners in their respective County towns .
Other matters discussed during the meeting included the withdrawal of the budget from Council of Ministers at the national government and cattle camps issues in most parts of the Eastern Counties in WES.
He informed the Commissioners that the cattle owners need to be engaged in understanding that the people WES are primarily agriculturalists.
