Pact, Inc. with funding from its donor, Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, hereafter referred to as “ DANIDA “, under the program SSPF II hereby requests quotes for the sale of:
One (1) brand new Toyota Land Cruiser and accessory items in accordance with the specification listed herein.
A prospect bidder having any questions relating to the RFQ should contact the Rose Konga at least five (5) business days prior to the due date and time of submission of quotes. No phone calls will be allowed when making any inquiry:

Pact will respond to questions it receives prior to the due date for the submission of the quotes. Written quotes must be sent via email, on or before 9th March 2012 05:00 Juba Time to Pact South Sudan. Late quotes will not be considered or accepted; submission via of quotes via fax machine will not be accepted.
Background South Sudan Peace Fund – DANIDA II
Pact, with Support of Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (DANIDA) is launching a three year project entitled, ‘Enhancing Peace and Security’ (EPS), to support local capacities for non-violent management and resolution of conflict; support local disputes resolutions mechanisms and structures; support citizens to demand good governance; strengthen civil society base and establish a culture of peace. The project targets four conflict clusters namely; The Wunlit (Lakes/Warrap and Unity States); The Sobat Custer (Upper Nile and parts of Jonglei State); The Pibor Cluster (Pibor County and the neighboring Counties – Jonglei State) and the Central Jonglei Cluster (Jonglei State).Through this program, Pact seeks to combine four programming elements and one crosscutting theme:
