JUBA, 24 May 2012 (Gurtong) - The ceremony held at the State Secretariat was also attended by the State Governor Kuol Manyang Juuk and key state government officials.

Governor Juuk congratulated Nyadak on her appointment and praised her dedication to duty and hard work.

“It is the confidence I have in you that has led to your re-appointment as a state minister. I encourage you to continue carrying out your work as diligently as you have done in the past”, he said.

Governor Kuol advised the new Minister to work hand in hand with other arms of the state government.

He also advised Nyadak to uphold transparency and accountability in public appointments, promotions and dismissals.

Nyadak thanked the State Governor for the appointment and pledged to implement sound policies in the Ministry.

The Governor issued a decree on 16 April 2012 which named new 13 ministries in the re-constituted state cabinet.
