American Bishop Signs MOU with ECS Diocese of Nzara

The ECS Diocese of Iowa headed by Bishop Hailen Scaff has signed a memorandum of understanding with ECS Diocese of Nzara on their friendship.

YAMBIO, 11 February 2013 [Gurtong] - The Bishop of Nzara Samuel Enosa Peni disclosed that the coming of this delegation is to help the hospital and others for teaching all the groups under the diocese of Nzara.

Bishop Alan of Iowa diocese broke a stone which he bought in from America and gave it to the Bishop of Nzara Diocese Samuel Enosa Peni as symbol of the covenant of their friendship with Nzara Diocese adding that the stone wherever he goes or visit he do take that stone break to show is love to that place.

Lastly, he conveyed the greeting of the Christians in his diocese to the believers of Nzara adding that he has no intension of refusing people of his diocese to come to Nzara diocese for this we are also learning other things from this diocese.

Nzara Couny Commissioner Elia Richard Box expressed his excitement for the visitors and said the government will maintain the security during the visit.

The commissioner said that Agriculture, Education and security should be the priority this year.

Lastly the two bishops ordained two pastors and two deacons in ECS Diocese of Nzara and those who got the ordination made their vows to be obedient to the Bishop and church as a whole.
