“We have launched the SPLM registration exercise - the first of its kind
in Torit,” said Otudua “it will be conducted throughout the state
and at all the county levels”.
“We neither buy nor do we beg anybody to accept or to register with us,
it is you as an individual to decide,” added Otudua.
However Otudua also said that the SPLM’s partner in peace and future
competitor for votes in 2009 elections the National Congress Party had failed
to make unity attractive for the people of South Sudan.
