A Chimpanzee which was captured in 2008 and has been kept at the Wildlife authorities’ compound has caused panic in Yambio town as the acting Wildlife Director Jimmy Maneger said they lack resources to manage the animal as it cannot be taken back to the wild because it could be killed by others.
