I think this requirement of Letter of Invitation from the Republic of South Sudan will NOT make border friendship within the border-Countries, Because if you look at 65% of our South Sudanese childred are studying in Uganda/Kenya and a few in Tanzania. That's mean our childred will be ask too by these Countries I mentioned above to produce their letter of invitation too.
Let's look at this very carefully before we implemente it..................
