The development progress in Eastern Equatoria State is very challenging to less developing State such as Upper Nile State which has no Infrastructure, no health facilities, no schools buildings including Chairs and tables for students, no roads infrastructure and no good leadership.
For now, Upper Nile State is a fail State in the Ten State of Republic of South Sudan. Upper Nile State has hugh resources by mismanage by somebody who lack vision and programs for development. The State has loss confident on Simon Kun Pouc who is the Governor of Upper Nile State who is doing nothing in the State but trying to blame tribal conflicts and insecurity by Rebels at the border with the North Sudan.
I have seen that Governor Simon Kun Pouc has fail in Upper Nile State, his government has problems created by himself because he does works with his advisers and Ministers, he create doing nothing cabinets who are against each others and also sided with somebody and dislike some of them while Simon Kun is a BoSS who can solve problems among his Cabinets.
Simon Kun Pouc, the governor of Upper Nile State has problems with Judiciary of South Sudan ( JOSS) and Legal Councilors from Ministry of Justice RSS and order them not to be in the State. He order JOSS to change all the Judges in the State and Ministry of Justice to change all Legal Councilors. All Communities members of 13 Counties lost confident in him because he has no agenda for development and good governance. He does not respect the rule of Laws.
What can people of Upper Nile Do?
People of Upper Nile State are blaming the SPLM who brought Simon Kun Pouc to be the candidate for SPLM ticket in which lead SPLM members to elected him April 2010 election, now Simon is against State SPLM Party chair and Secretary he want to be a chair and he want to remove the secretary of the SPLM Party.
Simon Kun Pouc, is against State SPLM party, against JOSS and Legal councilors and no support from the State Communities therefore, RSS has to rescue Upper Nile State from Unconfident leader who governing the State Affairs. Governor Simon Kun has no idea of how to govern. I am proud to be a citizen of Upper Nile State but shame of poor development in the State while the State has enamors resources. I want to inform the people of South Sudan that Upper Nile State has fail because of lack of developmental programs and lack of leadership.
