Well this post is overdue, but for refreshment of the writter's thought, it is good to recall his attention with a note that the reason no replies were posted indicated that the audience were not interested in the post itself.
Lam was not complaining but was challenging the election results through the court. This was a democratic right in democracy. After that Lam had recognised the election results because the election itself was a pre-condition to the holding of South Sudan referendum; and any further dispute about the results would jeopardise this important right of South Sudanese people. That was good was'nt it?
Lam did not loose; He contested the election and disputed the results and therefore He still enjoys the benefit of the doubts to the results.
That SPLM-DC was formed for something else needs no answer because the ELSE is not qualified making it beg and naive.
Thanks'
