Common Ailments & Pandemics
Several health issues continue to plague southern Sudan especially as more and more of the former refugees and displaced persons return to their home areas.
The health issues affecting the 10 states arise from the prevalence of diseases and outbreaks that occur during the seasonal changes. Every state combats health of concerns of varying nature. However, many have a common illness such as malaria due to the terrain of the region.
