The Capacity Building Trust Fund for South Sudan (CBTF) is a pooled funding mechanism whichsupports public administration projects in the Republic of South Sudan to enhance government capacity to manage human, organisational and financial resources effectively and is financed by theGovernments of Canada, Denmark, Netherlands (acting as ‘lead donor’), Norway, Sweden, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
The role of the Technical Secretariat to the CBTF is delegated to the Joint Donor Office (JDO) in Juba, and the procurement and contract management role is delegated to BMB Mott MacDonald that serves as the Financial Management Agent (FMA).
The Financial Management Agent of the CBTF hereby intends to award the following service contracts:
||Support to the Government Accountancy Training Centre (GATC) in South Sudan
The provision of services to the Government Accountancy Training Centre that basically facilitates the training of civil servants in Public Finance Management and operates under the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MoFEP).
||Core Skills Training II(CST II) in South Sudan
||The provision of long-term training courses to civil servants and support to the Ministry of Labour, Public Service and Human Resource Development in developing and implementing training modules.
